Elad’s previous experience includes working at a top professional services firm, the world’s largest share registry and a major online financial comparison company. Throughout his career, Elad has been involved in various projects to streamline end-to-end processes and improve workflow and client service delivery. This dedication to process improvement has resulted in Elad creating a training manual for managers to accurately measure process productivity, which is now used in registry offices worldwide.
Elad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Applied Finance graduating with Distinction from Monash University in Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia where he majored in International Business and E-Commerce.
