One of the ‘veterans” of Public Sector service delivery, Ray Melville has over 34 years experience in government specific “best practice” service delivery methodologies. The last 8 years of Ray’s career have been specifically focussed on Shared Services delivery.
Ray has worked extensively with the Queensland Government shared services project initially as a customer, and more recently as an ICT provider within a Shared Services supply chain.
Ray is a dedicated Shared Services practitioner who passionately believes in the positive impact of a well delivered project implementation that satisfies the needs of all stakeholder in the Shared Services equation.
