Wayne Scott



Senior Consultant



Wayne has been involved in the IT industry for over 15 years.  He has a vast array of Service Management experience, with a particular emphasis on Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation activities. In combination with his extensive Project Management experience, he has been able to assist many organizations through their service improvement journey. His industry experience includes Finance, Insurance, Logistics and Government.  Through his broad operations and technical experience, he is able to work closely with customers to clearly understand their specific needs and translate them to successful outcomes.  



Most recently, Wayne is involved in a large service improvement program, helping an IT group improve the quality and efficiency of their services, through governance and service automation . A key success factor is his ability to embark on a practical approach with his customers, which maximizes the potential for sustained service improvement. He has a strong focus on the people change management aspect of any transformation program of work that organizations embark on.


Wayne has also been an active member of the IT Service Management forum of Australia, and continues to present regularly at national Service Management industry conferences.



Wayne is an ITIL® Certified Manager.. He also holds a Master of Business and Technology from UNSW.
