Ashay Dhamdhere

Ashay brings a rich and diverse consulting experience across multiple sectors, having worked with organizations in industry, academia and defence. He has a strong results-oriented focus and an ability to understand and work with diverse organizational cultures. Ashay is currently engaged in working with clients to transform them into service-based organizations.

Ashay’s previous engagements include working with a UK-based start-up company in the e-health space, delivering technical consulting to refine their product offerings, and developing innovative systems incorporating their product to enter new markets. Ashay has worked with Airbus Industries in Hamburg, Germany to develop a system for monitoring equipment in the aircraft cabin. He was also actively involved in analysing the impact of maintenance bottlenecks on airlines, developing solutions for predictive maintenance, and analysing the technical and business impact of these solutions.

Ashay holds a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the IEEE.
