David Dowling
Managing Principal
David has over 30 years experience in the strategic planning and delivery of business systems technology, process improvement, and providing management advice and program leadership.
Prior to establishing Dowling Consulting, David was the Southern Region Operations Director for DMR Consulting and following that he was a senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting overseeing their e-Business and B2B practice in Asia Pacific and Africa.
David has provided leadership roles in the development of ground breaking approaches in the use of ITIL ® and Cobit frameworks. He is also a recognised expert in the field of e-business and has been a guest speaker at many conferences on B2B, supply-chain collaboration and the digital economy. David is the Vice Chair of the UNCEFACT e-Government Trade and Business Group.
David holds an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), an Associate Member of the Australian Computer Society (25 years) and a member of the Information Technology Service Management Forum (ITSMF).
