Aileen Hickey is a consultant with comprehensive experience in service management and more recently in business consulting. Roles to date include process analyst, business consultant, trainer, project manager and business analyst.
Since working with Dowling Consulting since mid 2010, my roles have taken more of a business and project management focus.
Prior to this I worked for Hewlett-Packard with global and UK customers across a range of sectors including manufacturing, finance and telecommunications.
