Russell has been working for and consulting to blue chip organisations throughout Australia and US for 10 years. Russell's experience spans finance, utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, education and the arts (both public and private).
He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and creative approach to problem solving and decision making, which he combines with structured management techniques to help organisations develop and realise their strategic goals and objectives.
Russell been with Dowling Consulting since early 2005 and was educated at RMIT and Deakin Universities in Melbourne, Australia.
