   Paul Edwards

Managing Consultant

With 20 years’ experience working in IT and consulting, including 5 specifically in IT Service Management, Paul brings with him experience in a wide range of organizations and sectors.



Paul has provided strategic advice at a senior level in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, engineering services, education, and telecommunications, as well as government departments. Paul is able to clearly define and understand the issues facing the business, thus providing clarity for all stakeholders around strategic direction and business benefits.



Paul’s teaching and training background brings with it an approach to consulting and IT Service Management which has an emphasis on communication and consensus within organizations, bringing about agreed and defined business objectives.



Paul’s passion lies in ensuring that a right-sized and pragmatic approach is taken in implementing improvement in IT Service Management, ensuring that communication and organizational (people and culture) change are all included as part of any service improvement initiative. Paul has experience in delivering process and Service Management improvement in large and small organizations. He has worked in large public sector organizations, working on legislative compliance and associated aspects of governance.



Paul holds an ITIL ® Expert Certificate, and ITIL® v2  Managers certification with Distinction. In addition, Paul holds the Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and is an accredited exam invigilator with the APM Group. He holds a Master of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies.
