Christopher Ramage

Consultant

Christopher is an IT Service Management specialist with a pragmatic approach to the ITIL ®Framework.  He has hands on experience with all of the ITIL® Service Support and Delivery processes.  He has managed cultural change and process improvement initiatives.  His experiences include technology selection and implementation engagements with Multinational, National and Government organisations, as well as both External and Internal IT service providers.  Christopher brings the ability to create straight forward and uncomplicated processes to allow IT organisations to perform their work quickly and efficiently.

He has worked with groups of all sizes as a trainer, coach and facilitator to help organisations clarify business objectives and help employees understand what is required of them during a period of change and what they can do to expedite change.  He has created cost models that allowed for scenario based modeling, as part of a business case for a large scale re engineering of IT systems.

Christopher holds the ITIL® Managers Qualification and is also a Certified ITIL® trainer, having run Foundation and Managers Certificate training courses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
