Glenn Schwarz
Managing Consultant
Glenn brings together 20 years experience in the IT industry and his detailed knowledge of Service Management to offer industry and government high level consultancy, Project Management and the implementation of Service Management solutions. He has worked on a number of projects in both government and business bringing together Infrastructure and Application Management through the use of Service Life Cycle approaches to facilitate the removal of functional & process orientated silos.
Glenn has also undertaken large infrastructure projects including for the Parliament of Victoria where he was responsible for the deployment of a new office systems to all electoral offices throughout Victoria. Glenn’s client list includes The Northern Territory, Victorian and South Australian Government’s.
In January 2008 Glenn joined other consultants around the world to be amongst the first to complete the V3 Manager’s Bridging Course and achieve V3 certification. He is now qualified as an ITIL ® V3 Expert. He is also a regular speaker at industry groups including the South Australian, Victorian and Western Australian ITSMF branch events and the National ITSMF conferences.
